Our latest from the growing crop of garden bed frames we've built for 4 Seasons Lawn Care customers: a set of 12-foot long garden bed frames made of non-pressure-treated cedar wood, plus an elevated square-shaped box that our client specifically requested for her herb garden. We're having a lot of fun helping folks in the western NJ/NEPA area get going on their garden projects for spring 2012!

A garden bed install and grape arbor rebuild job that we did for a customer in Montclair, NJ. We featured photos of the work-in-progress over on our Facebook page. This is an "after" pic that the customer sent once they had added a cold frame, stone path, and some plants, flowers and lighting. Looks beautiful!

Here I am enjoying the musky aroma of young tomato plants as I carefully place my tomato cages.

Tomato cages contain the plants as they grow, preventing heavy branches from sagging down and dragging precious fruit with them. Keep your tomatoes up high so as to avoid finding rotten ones laying on the ground.

A Hunterdon County client requested that we add bench seating as well as raise the height of her garden bed frames. The end result of our work is pictured to the right.

Just like the rest of our garden beds, this lady's custom sized ones are made of high-quality cedar... and as you can see, they look pretty awesome! We've come to learn that seating makes for a more comfortable gardening experience.

Here you'll see some baby plants, as well as a cute little human baby who is clearly enjoying the tranquility of this picturesque scene. Raised garden beds bring more order, charm and pleasing geometry to your garden.

Here we have a photo of me, hard at work breaking up the soil for additional planting. Note the baby has not moved from the place where he is lounging back, enjoying the springtime weather.
